Naabhi ko donon mutthiyon se dabaen, saans chhoden aur jhuken. Saans chhoden aur sthiti mein rahate hue, jhukate rahen, kuchh samay ke liye is sthiti mein seedhe dekhen.

Saans chhoden aur charan 1 ki sthiti mein vaapas Aaen. Teen ya chaar baar doharaen.

Apane daahine pair ko seedha rakhen. Apane bayen pair ko bayen ghutane ke upar ki taraph uthaen. Shvaas len aur kohaniyon ko keedha rakhate hue apanee baahon ko upar uthaen. 

Shvaas aur moden baeen or, apane daahine haath ko bayen ghutane ke baaharee taraf rakhen aur apane dayen haath se baen takhane ko pakaden aur peechhe ki or dekhen. Jab tak sthiti aaraamadaayak aur saans chhodate hain, tab tak rakhen.

Apanee baeen baanh aur ise apani peeth ke peechhe rakhen, ab neeche se apane daahine haath ko phailaen, jab tak yah aapake baen haath tak na pahunch jayen.

Trank (aapaka madhy shareer) khada karen, aur thoda peechhe jhuken. Jab tak aap yah kar sakate hain, tab tak is mudra ko karen.

Jaaree rakhen aur apanee doosaree taraph doharaen.

Vajra aasan mudra mein baithen apanee ungaliyon ko goonth kar apane saamane chataee par rakhen. Apane sir ko apani hathelee dvaara banae gaye khokhale mein rakhen. 

Apane pair ko upar ki or uthaen aur seedhe rakhen. Aapake shareer ki sthiti ek seedh ki tarah hogi. 

Sir se pair ki ungalee tak panktibaddh karen. Saamaany roop se saans len aur 15-20 seconds ke liye mudra rakhen. 

Apane pairon ko neeche laate hue aasan karen, 3 Se 4 chakr tak doharaen.

Shirshasana ke laabh

Aapake mastishk aur uparee shareer mein rakt ke pravaah mein sudhaar karata hai. Aapake shareer se atirikt vasa ko nikaalata hai.

30.Uttanasana

Pahaad ki mudra mein shuroo karen. apane haathon ko apane koolhon par rakhen. Ek hi samay mein baahar nikalen aur aage jhuken. 


Dhyaan rakhen ki aapako koolhe ke jod se jhukana hoga aur kamar ko nahin. Apane pet ko andar ki or kheenchie aur jitana sambhav ho sake utana upar kheenchane ki koshish karen. 


Apane ghutanon ko seedha rakhen aur apanee ungaliyon ko apane pairon ke bagal mein rakhen ya un par apanee takhanon ke pichhale hisse ko sparsh karen. 


Apane sir ko dheela chhod den, apane sabhee tanaav ko door karen. Lagabhag 30 seconds se 1 minute tak mudra mein rahen. 


Aasan se mukt hone ke baad, apane haathon ko apane koolhon tak layen aur seedhe khade hone ke liye koolhe ke jod ko ghumaen.
